MAINTENANCE

As part of the small works department the company undertakes specialist maintenance works for a variety of clients. These range from private individuals to local companies and public sector organisations.

Works can be undertaken on a specific responsive basis or to a planned/preventative maintenance programme. Works can include a wide scope of building related items including general repairs, cleaning and redecoration.

In particular C. J. Murfitt, Ltd., continues to provide this type of service to many local schools and local authority owned buildings.
