Recent Projects

A development of 5No 2, 3 & 4 Bedroom traditional New build Houses. Each with their own off road parking/garages and south facing gardens which backs onto open countryside. Each property was fitted with its own Air Source Heat Pump with underfloor heating to the Ground Floor.

A C J Murfitt Ltd were Main Contractors on the complete refurbishment of the old mill into a theatre for the local people. Recently we have been engaged to carry out an extension of this to form more Office space and increase the entrance.

New building was designed and built specifically to house 2 No horse treadmills for the racing yard with potential to house another. All drainage and services were carried out by C J Murfitt Ltd including all tarmac footpaths and roads.
