Small Works
As part of the small works department the Company undertakes alterations, extensions and Specialist maintenance works for a variety of Clients. These range from private individuals to local Companies and Public Sector organisations.
C J Murfitt Ltd have carried out building works to domestic properties ever since their formation. Whilst the Company has grown to undertake multimillion pound major contracts, the smaller works remain an important part of the Company.
The Company provides a competitive service to carry out all types of building works to domestic and commercial properties. This includes anything from from extensions, alterations, refurbishment, replacement kitchens or bathrooms, garages and external works to smaller items and general maintenance. Insurance repair works are also undertaken.
Works can be undertaken on a specific responsive basis or to a planned/preventative maintenance programme. Works can include a wide scope of building related items including general repairs, cleaning and redecoration.
In particular C. J. Murfitt, Ltd., continues to provide this type of service to many local schools and local authority owned buildings.
